Ingredients

2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup oleo
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cup rice krispies
1 cup nuts
red sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Melt oleo and put in sugar and eggs. Add dates and cook until dates are soft. Add flour; mix 5 minutes. Add vanilla, krispies and nuts.

Shape into strawberries and roll in red sugar
