Ingredients

  • stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 C oil
  • 1 1/2 C sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbl cocoa
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1/2 C. sour milk (To make sour milk add 1 tablespoon vinegar to milk.)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 C grated zucchini
  • 2 1/2 C flour
  • 1 C chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, oil, and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and milk and zucchini.
Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with choc. chips.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
Can be frosted.
Store in the fridge & make sure that you eat them within 3 to 4 days because they are so moist they will mold.
You may want to add a little extra flour to take away some of the moisture.
