Ingredients
- 1 cup Smithfield ham, cooked and finely chopped
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 8-ounce blocks cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, toasted, reserve 1 tablespoon for garnish
- 1/2 teaspoon season salt
- Crackers for dipping

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl using a hand mixer, mix together cream cheese, crushed pineapple, and seasoned salt until fully incorporated. Fold ham and macadamia nuts into mixture.
Chill and top with reserved macadamia nuts before serving.
