Ingredients
- 2 lb. boneless beef chuck eye roast, cut in 1" pieces
- 1/4 C. A.1 steak sauce
- 1 sliced onion
- 14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes
- 2 Tbs. flour
- Egg noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Toss beef and A.1 sauce in slow cooker. Top with onion and dices tomatoes. Cook on low 10 hrs. Mix 2 Tbs. flour and 1/4C. water. Stir into meat mixture and cook, covered 5 minutes or until sauce thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve with hot cooked egg noodles and veggies.
