Ingredients
- 2 cups carrot juice
- 1 (12 ounce) package soft silken tofu
- 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, plus additional for sprinkling
- 1 banana, in chunks
- 1/2 cup plain almond milk
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted

Step 1
Place all ingredients, except chocolate, in a blender and mix on medium speed for 1 minute; add chocolate and mix for 20 seconds more.
Pour into short, wide coffee cups, add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top, and serve as a healthy dessert.
