- 2 cups plain low-fat soy milk
- 2 bananas, in chunks
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (soy or dairy)

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on low speed for 1 minute.
Pour into tall glasses and serve.
