  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1/8 tsp liquid hot pepper seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
  • 8 ounces blue-veined cheese or 6 ounces Roquefort cheese, crumbled

Step 1

In a medium-size bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire, hot pepper seasoning, and garlic; mix until well blended. Stir in cheese, mashing any large pieces with a fork, until well blended. Season with pepper to taste. If made ahead, cover and refrigerate for up to 10 days.
