Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 1/2 C Vanilla Wafer Crumbs
- 1/4 lb Melted Butter
- Mix & Press ito Springform Pan
- Next:
- 1 1/2 lb Cream Cheesse
- 1 C Sugar
- Cream Well.
- Add:
- 4 Eggs (1 at a time)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Pour into Pan. Bake @ 350 for 40 Mins.
- Mix:
- 3/4 Pint Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tsp Sugar
- Spoon Mixture on Top of Baked Cake. Turn Oven to 475, Bake for 5 Mins. Remove from Oven & Cool on Rack.
- Glaze:
- 1 Pkg (Lg) Frozen Fruit
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- Mix Throughly. Cook till Clear. Pour Glaze over Cooled Cake.
