  • 1 lb hard, ripe roma tomatoes
  • 1/4 small onion
  • 3-4 springs cilantro
  • 1/4 fesh ime
  • 1-4 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 serrano chill
  • 1/4 small green bell pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Step 1

Chop tomatoes into small cubes. Chop onion, bell pepper, serrano, cilantro. Add to tomatoes. Press garlic and add to mixture. Add juice from 1/4 lime and salt. Allow lo refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Makes about 16 oz.
