Ingredients
- EGG COATING:
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- CRISPY COATING:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup corn flake crumbs
- 2 tbsp. corn starch
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 chicken thighs,3 drumsticks; skin removed

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In 1 bowl combine egg coating, and crispy coating in a second bowl.
3. Spray a 9 by 13 inch pan with pam.
4. Dip chicken on all sides in egg coating, then roll in crispy coating. Place in prepared pan.
5. Spray tops with pam. Bake uncovered for 90 minutes.
