Mini Berry Cheesecake Trifles

Serve in 1/2 pint jars

Ingredients

• 8 oz block cream cheese
• 3.5 ounce vanilla instant pudding mix
• 8 ounce cool whip
• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 1 pint blueberries
• 2 cups chopped strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare pudding according to directions, add softened cream cheese and fold in cool whip.

Dessert Assembly

To create the dessert as shown, layer a spoonful of graham cracker crumble in each of the 6 glasses, then a layer of cheesecake, fresh chopped strawberries, more cheesecake, fresh blueberries, and a final layer of cheesecake.

Garnish with additional blueberries and strawberries.
