Ham and spinach quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 # chopped ham
  • 10 oz frozen spinach thawed or fresh steamed and drained
  • 6 oz of white cheese (feta, swiss, mozzarella, etc..)
  • 1/3 C fresh dill or to taste dried dill
  • 2 T onion flakes
  • 6 large eggs
  • 12 oz milk or 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t black pepper
  • 1 C bisquick
  • cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Spray crock pot or slow cooker with cooking spray. Combine ham, spinach, cheese, dill and onions until blended well in the cooker. In separate bowl whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper and add to cooker, fold in bisquick. Cook on low for about 6 hrs.
