Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 3/4 cup freshlt grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Step 1
1. In a blender or food processor, puree peppers, garlic, basil and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
2. With motor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil, then add vinegar, salt and pepper.
