Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 yellow cornmeal
- 1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 6 cube steaks
- vegetable oil
- 1 (2.64oz) pkg McCormick Original Country Gravy Mix
- 3 cups milk

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first three ingredients and dredge steaks. Fry in hot oil three to four minutes on each side. Do not over fry or they will be tough. Remove steaks and place on a plate with another inverted over it to keep them warm. Drain all but about 2 tblsp of oil and then whisk gravy mix and milk into pan and cook whisking constantly for about 5 minutes. Serve with steaks and mashed potatoes.
