Ingredients
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tblsp water
- 4 cube steaks
- 1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 can (10 3/4oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/3 cup milk
- Hot cooked noodles or rice

Preparation
Step 1
Combine egg and water in a shallow dish, stirring well; dip steaks in egg mixture and coat with stuffing mix. Arrange steak in a baking dish. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Combine soup, 1/4 cup cheese and milk, stirring well; pour over steaks and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake 10 more minutes or until cheese melts. Serve over noodles or rice.
