Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 lbs cube steaks cut into bite size pieces
- 2 tblsp olive oil
- 1 onion, halved and sliced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 (15oz) can pizza sauce
- 1 (8oz) can basil-garlic tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first three ingredients. Dredge steak in this mixture. Brown steak, in batches, in hot oil in a large skillet. Remove steak from skillet and place in a lightly greased 13x9 baking dish. Saute sliced onion, green pepper and mushroom in skillet 5 min. or until tender. Add pizza and tomato sauce and simmer 15 minutes; pour over steak. Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with with cheese; bake 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
