Ingredients
- 1 bag (20 ounces) frozen cheese ravioli
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) pesto sauce
- 1 jar (2 ounces) chopped pimientos
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 ounces pepperoni slices (about 25 slices)
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degree.
Boil the ravioli according to package directions; drain.
In large bowl, combine pesto, pimientos, Parmesan cheese, and pepperoni slices. Add ravioli and toss until evenly coated. Place in 9-inch deep dish pie plate and top with mozzarella cheese.
Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and ravioli is heated through.
Notes:
Go ahead and use your favorite ravioli. They can be filled with meat, mushrooms, or even pesto.
