Ingredients
- ◾ 1 can (16 oz each) Rosarita® Traditional Refried Beans
- ◾ 2 tablespoons sour cream
- ◾ 14 tostada shells
- ◾ 1 cup spicy chunky salsa
- ◾ 1-3/4 cups shredded mild Cheddar cheese
- ◾ 1 cup sliced green onions

Preparation
Step 1
1.Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir together beans and sour cream in medium bowl until blended; set aside.
2.Spread each tostada shell evenly with 2 tablespoons bean mixture. Top each with about 1 tablespoon salsa and 2 tablespoons cheese. Place on large baking sheets; bake 6 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle each with about 1 tablespoon onions. Cut each 'pizza' into 4 wedges. Serve warm.
