Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 4 oz thinly sliced cooked ham
  • 4 oz sliced Provolone cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs and onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Pat the mixture out onto a piece of waxed paper and flatten to 1/2 inch thick. Lay slices of ham onto it and top with cheese. Pick up the edge of the paper to roll the mixture up into a log. Remove paper and place meat into baking pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
