- 8 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 c half and half
- s & p
- 1 TB butter, chilled

Cook eggs in 8 " (10" non-stick for 4 servings) non-stick skillet for 45-75/30-60/90-150 seconds over med-hi heat.
Cook addtl 30-60 seconds over low heat
