TOFU - Steamed Toufu with Prawn

Ingredients
- 1 Japanese egg toufu
- 15-20 middle size shell-less prawns, diced
- 2 tbsp fried shallot
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- pepper
- salt
- corn flour
- 1 tbsp water

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut toufu into pieces (as shown in the above pictures).
2. Marinate diced prawn with salt and pepper.
3. Put some corn flour on the surface of each pieces of toufu before placing (2) on top. With corn flour, prawn won't be seperated from toufu after cooked.
4. Add in soy sauce and water.
5. Steam until prawn is cooked.
6. Put some fried shallot on top of toufu before served.
