Ingredients

  • 1-8oz carton sour cream
  • 2 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 8 chicken breast halves-approx 2#
  • 1 8oz herb seasoned stuffing mix (2 cups) crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 6 ingredients.

Dip chicken into sour cream, coating both sides, then roll in crushed stuffing mix.

Place in baking dish and drizzle butter over chicken.

Bake 375 for 25-30 minutes.
