Ingredients

  • 1-8 oz pkg manicotti shells
  • 1/2 # ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1-8oz pkg cream cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 1/2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 Tbs grated parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Cook manicotti, drain and cool in a single layer on greased foil.

Cook beef and onion til browned, drain. Stir into beef, cream cheese, eggs, spinach, bread crumbs, and mozzarella. Fill shells.

Arrange in baking dish. Pour marinara over top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 350 oven for 30 minutes.
