Ingredients
- 3 (10oz) frozen brocolli florets
- 3 (14oz) cans chicken broth
- 6 Tbs butter
- onion
- 1/2 c flour
- 2 c milk
- 1 1/2 lb velveeta
- pinch white pepper
- pinch of nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
In large stockpot simmer broccoli in broth about 15 min. In seperate saucepan melt butter and add onion till tender. Stir in flour and slowly add milk allow to thicken. Add mixture to broccoli and broth mixing well. Than add cheese and spices. Do not let mixture boil, cheese will seperate.
