Ingredients

coffee
10 egg yolks
10 big serving spoons of sugar
1000 g marscapone
amaretto cookies 2-3 bags small cookies
Nutella
cocoa

Preparation

Step 1

Mix yolks and sugar until creamy. Add marscapone and continue mixing. Dip cookies in coffee and place in a row. When the bottom of the pan is covered with cookies pour 1/2 of marscapone mixture on top and cover cookies. Add 1 or 2 serving spoon sizes of Nutella to the rest of the marscapone mixture. Add another layer of cookies dipped in coffee to top of white layer. After cookies add Nutella layer. Add last layer of cookies to the top. You can sprinkle cocoa on top if desired.
