  • 3 cups plain low-fat soy milk
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 ½ tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) firm silken tofu
  • 2 bananas, in chunks
  • 2 tbsp honey
