Ingredients
- 3 cups plain low-fat soy milk
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 ½ tsp peppermint extract
- 1 cup (8 ounces) firm silken tofu
- 2 bananas, in chunks
- 2 tbsp honey

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on medium speed for 30 seconds.
Put mixture in the freezer for 5 minutes, until chilled.
Pour into tall frosted glasses and serve.
