Ingredients
- 3 - 4oz cans green mild chili peppers
- or 1-10oz can (They will be milk unless marked hot)
- 10 oz grated sharp cheese
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp milk

Step 1
Chop up peppers. Lightly grease an 8 inch pie plate. Beat eggs with milk. Spread peppers on bottom of pan. Put cheese on top. Pour egg mixture over all. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Serve on crackers or I prefer dunking tortilla chips in it.
