Lemon Drop Martini

These lemon drop martinis go down so easy, they taste great, and they will wallop you but good

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz vodka
• 1/2 oz triple sec
• 1 tsp superfine sugar
• 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
• superfine sugar for dipping
• twist peel of lemon

Preparation

Step 1

The vodka, triple sec, sugar and lemon juice go into an ice filled shaker. Shake sufficiently to fully dissolve the sugar but don't go crazy with it or you will end up with shards of ice floating in your glass.
Dip rim of martini glass in lemon juice and superfine sugar. Strain and pour martini into glass. Finish with a twist of lemon.
