    large container of cottage cheese drained in a colinder

  • 2

    small tubs of herb and garlic cream cheese

  • 1 1/2

    cups finely crumbled feta

  • 3

    bunches chopped green onions

  • 2

    bunches fresh mint finely chopped

  • 2-3

    bunches fresh dill

  • 1

    box defrosted frozen chopped spinach with water squeezed out of it

  • 3

    eggs

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Mix until combined

  • 1-2

    boxes defrosted filo

  • 1

    cup becel or butter melted

Directions

brush a sheet of filo with butter and fold in half, brush with butter again and fold in half again place on tsp of filling in lower corner of filo and fold over in a triangle shape over and over until top is reached. Bake @350 degrees until golden brown.
