Peanut Butter Cookies with Splenda

Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup of Splenda for baking
- 1/2 cup of Splenda Brown sugar
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 2 eggs (well beaten)
- 1 tsp.vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (scant) tsp. soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups of flour

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and Splendas, add peanut butter, mix well, add eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture which has been sifted with all other dry ingredients. Add gradually and blend well. (best to refrigerate a couple of hours now... even overnight) Shape in balls the size of a walnut. Place on cookie sheet and flatten with a fork (dipped in flour) one way and then the other to make a criss cross pattern on the cookie. Bake until golden brown at 350 degrees. Approximately 10 minutes.
