• 1 T grated orange rind, divided
• 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream
• 1/2 C mayonnaise
• 1 t grated lemon rind
• 1 T orange juice
• 1 t lemon juice

Step 1

Set aside 1 t orange rind. Combine remaining 2 t orange rind and next 5 ingredients in a bowl; beat at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth and blended. Spoon into serving container, and sprinkle with reserved orange rind. Serve with assorted fresh fruit.
