Ingredients

  • 3/4

    ¾ c. unsalted butter

  • 8

    oz dark chocolate (60% or higher)

  • 1/2

    ½ c. sugar

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1/2

    ½ t. salt

  • 1

    t. vanilla

  • 1/4

    ¼ cup chocolate syrup

  • 1/2

    ½ cup flour

  • Frosting

  • 7

    oz marshmallow cream

  • 1

    c. Nutella

Directions

Melt butter and dark chocolate (60% or higher). In another bowl whisk together sugar, eggs, salt, and vanilla. Add in chocolate syrup and whisk. Stir in the chocolate mixture. Sift flour into the bowl and fold just until there are no lumps. Place in muffin tins lined with cupcake liners, filled almost to the top. Bake at 375 F for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes 12. Melt marshmallow cream and Nutella and mix until smooth and creamy. Place in a frosting bag with a frosting tip. When brownies are cooled top with frosting in center of the brownie. I topped them with a homemade marshmallow I found at a specialty market.)
