Essence seasoning

This seasoning is for use on anything from steaks to grill, or blackened halibut, chicken, prime rib as a dry rub seasoning, etc. It has a definite "kick" to it - add less cayenne if you want it less spicy!

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper (maybe not as much if you want less spicy)
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried basil

Mix together and put in ziploc bag for use on any meat/fish you want to grill, blacken, or roast!
