Ingredients
- 1 1/3 C. peanut butter
- 1/2 ½ C. butter, softened
- 1 C. plus 2 T. packed brown sugar
- 1 C. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 ¾ tsp. corn syrup
- 4 1/2 4 ½ C. quick-cooking oats
- 1 C. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 ½ C. Heath bits

Preparation
Step 1
Cream peanut butter, butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Beat in baking soda, vanilla and corn syrup. Stir in the oats and toffee bits.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire racks.
