Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 heaping tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 firm, yet ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon banana liqueur
- Pinch cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- Vanilla ice cream

Preparation
Step 1
Mix butter and brown sugar in a glass pie plate. Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes or until the butter and sugar are dissolved. Slice bananas in halves or quarters and add to the butter mixture, microwaving for 3 to 4 minutes on high or until they are heated through. Add liqueur and cinnamon and stir. Sprinkle rum and brandy over the top. Do not stir. Ignite. Spoon gently a few times. Serve warm over vanilla ice cream.
