Caramel Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 7 C. (1/2 of a lb. loaf) french bread, 1 inch cubes
- 2 1/3 C. evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 C. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 10 oz. pkg Nestle swirled chocolate and caramel chips
- Grease 11x7 inch dish. Place ½ of bread in pan. Sprinkle with ½ of chips. Repeat with remaining bread and chips.
- Beat evaporated milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla with wire whisk. Pout over bread, pressing bread into custard to saturate completely.

Step 1
Bake 50-55 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Serve warm with caramel sauce:
2/3 C. brown sugar
¼ C. butter
1 tsp light corn syrup
*1/3 C. evaporated milk*
Cook over medium low heat for 2-3 minutes. Slowly stir in milk. Bring to boil. Cook 3-4 minutes.
