Add water as needed.
Simmer about 2 hours
Layer cooked noodles into a flat cooking pan. Top with sauce, ricotta cheese and then mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. On top layer both cheese and Parmesan and parsley flakes.
Cook sauce all together serval hours. Assemble noodles, sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella and parsley flakes. Bake 350
