Ingredients

  • SAUCE

  • 1

    # ground beef

  • Brown with onion, salt and pepper

  • 1

    can tomato sauce

  • ¾

    can tomato paste

  • ¼

    stick sharp cheddar cooking cheese, red wrapper

  • Parmesan cheese

  • 1

    garlic bud

  • Add water as needed.

  • Simmer about 2 hours

  • Layer cooked noodles into a flat cooking pan. Top with sauce, ricotta cheese and then mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. On top layer both cheese and Parmesan and parsley flakes.

  • Bake 350

Directions

Cook sauce all together serval hours. Assemble noodles, sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella and parsley flakes. Bake 350
