Ingredients

  • 2 lb. sirloin steak
  • 1 pkg. dry Lipton soup mix
  • 1/2 c. Burgundy
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 jar sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Partially freeze sirloin and cut Chinese-style. Mix all ingredients and place in a greased casserole dish. Bake, covered, 2 hours. Remove from oven and add chopped onion and minced garlic. Stir and bake 20 minutes longer. Serve over hot noodles.
