Ingredients
- 1 t cumin seeds
- 2 c Greek-style yogurt
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 peeled, grated seedless cucumber(English or Holland)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Toast seeds in a small heavy skillet over med heat until very fragrant, ~2 minutes.
2. Transfer to a med bowl.
3. Stir in yogurt, salt & cucumber.
4. Serve as a cooling side dish with everything from rice to vindaloo.
