Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground ham
- 2 lb. ground pork
- 2 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard

Step 1
Combine ground meats, cracker crumbs, eggs and milk. Mix thoroughly Shape into 1-inch balls and place in two 9x13-inch pans. Blend soup, brown sugar, vinegar and dry mustard together until smooth. Bake for 1 1/2 hours in 325 oven covering pans with foil for the first 1/2 hour. Uncover and baste 3 times during last hour of baking. Serve In large casserole or chafing dish that will keep meatballs warm. Yield:
20 to 24 servings.
