Brochette of Pork with Lemon and Herb Marinade
By oakleyj
Herbs and lemon add tangy flavor to the easy-to-prepare pork dish. Use pork tenderloin or any other lean cut of pork. Zucchini or balnched of slices of carrot can be used instead of the vegetables here.
