Loaded Potato Dogs

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pouch mashed potatoes (from 10-oz box)
- 1 pouch Cheese Sauce (from potatoes box)
- 5 round wooden sticks with one pointed end
- 5 beef hot dogs
- 1/2 cup crushed corn chips

Preparation
Step 1
1 Heat oven to 375°F. In 1-quart saucepan, heat water and butter to boiling over medium-high heat. Remove from heat; stir in milk and 1 pouch Potatoes until well blended. Stir in 1 pouch Cheese Sauce.
2 Insert 1 stick into each hot dog. Pack mashed potatoes around each hot dog, covering hot dogs completely. Roll in corn chips to coat; place on ungreased large cookie sheet.
3 Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until hot dogs are hot and coating is light golden brown.
Serve with carrot and celery sticks, corn chips and lemonade for a picnic-style meal at home!
For a different flavor, substitute Betty Crocker® Ultimate Cheddar mashed potatoes for the loaded mashed potatoes.
