Ingredients
- 1 purchased 9" butter cookie or graham cracker pie crust
- 4 medium fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 (4 serving) pkg. sugar-free lemon gelatin
- 1 (4 serving) pkg. sugar free vanilla cook and serve pudding
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup reduced calorie whipped topping (8 calories per Tablespoon)
- Dash nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Layer peaches in pie crust In medium saucepan, combine gelatin, dry pudding mix and water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour over peaches. Cool until set, about 2 hours. When serving, top each slice with 1 tablespoon whipped topping. Sprinkle with a dash of nutmeg.
