Ingredients

  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chili peppers, drained
  • 8 (8 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl combine the soup & sour cream then set aside.
melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
add the onion & chili powder saute until tender.
stir in chicken, chili peppers, and 2 tablespoons of the soup/sour cream mixture.
stir until heated.
spread 1/2 cup of the soup mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.
spoon about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla.
roll up tortillas & place, seam side down.
spoon the remaining soup mixture onto the top & sprinkle w/cheese.
Bake 25 mintues in a 350 degree oven.
