Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbs. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 Tbs. cinnamon
- 2 Tbs. sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together, beating until thick, about 5 minutes.
Dip slides of thick white or challah bread in the mixture, coating both sides.
Add a pat of butter in a pan and sear break until the egg is just cook and break starts to brown; flip and repeat.
Garnish with a few drops of melted butter and a generous sprinkling of powdered sugar and serve with fresh fruit or warm maple syrup
