Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 3-1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning, crushed
- 1-1/2 cups uncooked corkscrew-shaped pasta
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can mushrooms

Step 1
Cook beef, onion, garlic and parsley in 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat 10 minutes or until beef is well browned, stirring often. Pour off fat. Stir broth, tomatoes, mushrooms and Italian seasoning in saucepan and heat to a boil. Stir pasta in saucepan. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in cheese. Serve with additional cheese, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
