Ingredients

  • 3 packages (8oz each) cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 c hershey’s cocoa
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 / tsp vanilla extract
  • Graham Crust

  • 1 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 c butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar & melted butter, press mixture onto bottom and 1/2 in up the side of 9in springform pan, bake 350 for 8-10 minutes, cool

Prepare graham crust, set aside, combine cream cheese, 3/4 c sugar, the sour cream & 2 tsp vanilla extract in large mixer bowl, beat on medium speed until smooth, add flour, 1 tbsp at a time, blend well, add eggs, beat well, combine cocoa & 1/4 c sugar in small bowl. add oil, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract & 1 1/2 c of the cream cheese mixture, mix well, spoon plain & chocolate mixture alternately into prepared crust, ending w/dollops of chocolate on top, gently swirl w/knife for marbled effect. bake 450 for 10 minutes w/o opening the oven door, decrease temp to 250 & bake for 30 minutes, turn oven off, let cheesecake remain in oven another 30 minutes w/o opening oven door, loosed cake from side of pan, chill
