Ingredients
- 1 boiler/fryer chicken (2-3 pounds) cut up
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 uncooked long grain rice
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 2 1/3 cups water
- chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Dredge the chicken pieces in flour, in a skillet heat oil on medium & brown the chicken sides.
meanwhile, combine the rice, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, milk & water
Pour into greased 13x9x2 baking dish, add chicken, cover tightly with foil & bake 350 for 55 minutes, sprinkle w/parsley
