Sunshine Lemon Pound Cake

Ingredients

• 1 C. butter, Softened
• 2 C. sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 3/4 C. all purpose Flour
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 C. Sour Cream
• 1 tbsp. orange juice
• 1 tbsp. & 3 tsp. lemon extract
• 4 to 5 drops of yellow food coloring

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 325
Beat butter and sugar unitl creamy Add eggs one at a time,beating after each addition. In another bowl, mix flour and baking soda; add to butter mixture alternately with sour cream. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon batter into greased and floured bundt pan.

Bake 60-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
